School... it is taunting me.

So, school sent out that there'll be an oppurtunity to record the pronunciation of your name for graduation.
...

The only thing stopping me from saying that S-H-A-N-N-O-N is pronounced "Ryan" is that it's probably bad form to cheer  while accepting your diploma.

Well the the 'sh' is an alternative way of writing 'rj' and the final 'on' is silent. :-D

Hey, don't worry, no matter if they say 'Shannon' you'll know yourself that you are really Ryan :-)

Haha, good to know. ^^ That was my figurign. They're both 2 syllables and sort of end with the same syllable. Why is it that the shan sound is so much better than ry sound? XD

Buh, it's just that I hate graduation and am going to wear the guy outfit anyways. :/ Meh. If it weren't over my wednesday lunch it'd be easier to (wednesday's real busy)

No, no, nothing like that. :) Girls are supposed to wear skirts, heels, a dress blouse, and a collar that came with thier robes. (and mine, but ignore that). Boys wear nice enough shoes, slacks, a button-up shirt and tie, but no collar. It's all under the robes, but the difference is noticeable.
